  2. Purpose Opportunity to comprehensively evaluate your program by examining courses, curriculum, assessment through the use of data and outcomes. Impact: gives you the power to make effective decisions for planning that will better support student success as well as stimulate instructors!

  3. More opportunity Planning New 3-6 year Academic Master Plan (reviewed in 3 years) All campus departments will have plans & pursue ARRs creating a level playing field Institutional Research has completed first level analysis for all data The following 2 years are updates only

  4. TracDat 4 Separate Modules-when entering TracDat, must decide: What module/area am I working in? Program Review CSLOs AUOs (non-instructional SLOs Planning ARRs

  5. Within Relevancy 4 specific areas 1. Mission & Goals 2. Program Alignment/connection to mission 3. Program Scope + CTE 4. Curriculum

  6. Reports Demonstration to make reports

Giving Permissions Institutional Effectiveness controls this 2 types of permission are given Update-allows for access & writing/editing Inquiry-eyes only/read only Deans need to verify who are the department Leads Leads get Update access/Deans get Update Dean access Department members automatically get Inquiry access (based on attending the training) Leads need to verify who in department should have Update access Please email occtracdat@occ.cccd.edu as soon as you know

Use the prompts & answer Go straight into TracDat-avoid copying & pasting from elsewhere-NO editing functions in TracDat-just dashes & caps Work with your dean Keep deadline in mind Decide when & who will attend Session 2 Training in Oct Do not work on TracDat at the same time
