Overall Status Continued progress on detailed plan for remaining work June 30 completion of all milestones is near completion Another round of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planned for July, before year-end processing begins FAMIS response time (performance) work nearly complete New hardware installed and operating San Antonio Disaster Recovery (D/R) site complete

Annual Financial Report Update Progress on AFR project with EGP and OneStream continues Some challenges still being resolved Go / No-go decision for 2022 AFR by July 15 Data load for FY 2021 complete, data validated, work on reports continues Requesting assessment from Black Diamond Advisory currently a sub- contractor 14
Asysco Status All performance enhancements have been delivered Overall system performance looks acceptable for cut-over Bi-Weekly deliveries will change to monthly deliveries from mid-July Workstream progress has been impressive. We are very close to completion as per plan Application functionality remains consistent and stable Our focus will move towards Go-Live readiness/implementation plans/dress rehearsals starting in July
Asysco Summary Performance is now acceptable Milestones have been met (or are very very close) The project teams have done a wonderful job so kudos to them all Project Team remains focused and positive
Acquisition Communication shared on Monday 20th June 2022 Asysco has been acquired by Avanade (Accenture/Microsoft owned) Good fit for Asysco and Avanade to improve our proposition and capabilities Project commitment and resource allocation remain unchanged Full support of Asysco and Avanade Leadership to deliver a successful project for TAMUS
