  6. PRT Public Reporting The Nebraska Part C Annual Performance Report is publicly reported, by Planning Region Teams, on the Early Development Network website, http://edn.ne.gov/spp/index.html In order to ensure complete and accurate data, all PRTs are given the opportunity to review their own PRT-level Performance data prior to the release of the PRT Performance Report to the public.

  7. PRT Determinations The Part C Performance Report is also used to complete the annual PRT Determinations. Utilize the Indicators on the Performance Report to complete the determinations. Timely data submission is also considered. Determinations distributed to each PRT each year on ILCD 2.0.

  8. PRT Determinations The levels of Determination include: Meets Requirements (100% to 80%) Needs Assistance Needs Intervention (59% to 40%) Needs Substantial Intervention (39% & below) (79% to 60%) http://edn.ne.gov/cms/products/public-reporting

  9. To-Dos Please ensure I get a copy all PRTs annual meeting notices, agendas, and minutes by 7/31/17. Points are deducted from your determinations if not received in time. Please add me to your PRT s listserv or email group

  10. Finance Notes Budget page has been streamlined Allowable costs: All out of State travel must be pre- approved. Working meals: A grantee hosting a meeting or conference may not use grant funds to pay for food for conference attendees unless doing so is necessary to accomplish legitimate meeting or conference business. A working lunch is an example of a cost for food that might be allowable under a Federal grant if attendance at the lunch is needed to ensure the full participation by conference attendees in essential discussions and speeches concerning the purpose of the conference and to achieve the goals and objectives of the project.
