  7. In summary 1. Low knowledge and understanding about AI presents a barrier to public acceptance of AI innovation. 2. The public expect to benefit from conveniences from AI but need reassurances on how equitable these benefits will be. 3. AI is most expected to impact the healthcare sector. 4. People require most reassurance from governance on complex, potentially high risk applications of AI.
