Expected Transfer School Applies to: /studentSchoolAssociation DPI identifies the expected transfer district using the reported expected transfer school (via NextYearSchoolId). LEAs must provide this information. If the specific school is unknown, select any school within the expected transfer district Example: If a student is transferring to a high school in Madison but the exact school is unknown, report any high school within Madison. All LEAs 2. Student s Homeroom Applies to: /studentSectionAssociation LEAs may report a student s homeroom information to support integration with aimswebPlus. Public LEAs Only

Telephone Number Applies to: /contacts LEAs participating in the Family Engagement Survey (Indicator 8) may report parent/guardian telephone numbers to streamline the data collection process. Public LEAs Only Public LEAs Only 4. Rigor Level Applies to: /courseOfferings LEAs may report rigor level using the courseLevelCharacteristics field. The Rigor Level attribute will be eliminated from courses. Public LEAs Only 5. SCED Course Updates (Version 12.0) A new subject area, Integrative Learning, has been added. New SCED Course Codes are now available for use. Certain SCED Codes from previous versions are no longer valid.

New Data Collection for the 2025 New Data Collection for the 2025- -26 SY 26 SY (1 of 3) (1 of 3) Shortened School Days for Students with IEPs Applies to: /studentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation Ensures compliance with the Procedural Compliance Self-Assessment (PCSA). Students with disabilities have the right to attend school for the same duration as their non-disabled peers, unless an IEP or 504 team makes an individualized determination based on the student s unique needs. This data helps the SPED team monitor and address the potential overuse of shortened school days for students with IEPs. Key data elements collected: Shortened School Day Indicator School Weekly Hours Shortened Weekly Hours Compared to Peers Example: If a student's school hours per week are 25 and their reduction in hours compared to peers is 5, this means their peers attend 30 hours per week. Public LEAs Only

New Data Collection for the 2025 New Data Collection for the 2025- -26 SY 26 SY (2 of 3) (2 of 3) Residential Care Center (RCC) Placements Applies to: /studentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation Ensures compliance with Wisconsin State Statute 115.762(3)(g), which mandates monitoring of RCC placements to ensure that students with disabilities residing in RCCs receive a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). LEAs are responsible for reporting the RCC Placement Type, which may be initiated through the county, an IEP team, or parent placement. Students may be placed in either in-state or out-of-state care facilities: In-State RCC Placements: Select the RCC from the provided list and report it to WISEdata. Out-of-State RCC Placements: Report the RCC Name, City, and State to WISEdata. Public LEAs Only

  9. Staff Identity Integration WISEid API Integration for Staff Public LEAs Only Enables LEAs to seamlessly review and create WISEids for staff members through their designated vendors. Ensures data remains up-to-date, providing accurate information for integration with other systems. LEAs should confirm whether their chosen EdTech provider plans to implement this integration.

  10. Value-Added Services Pearson Integration Connects with Pearson's system (aimswebPLUS) to pull student rostering information and push assessment results via the WISEdata Ed-Fi API. Public LEAs Only DRC Integration Enables DRC to directly pull student rosters from the WISEdata Ed-Fi API. Pilot i-Ready Integration Allows i-Ready to post student assessment results to the WISEdata Ed-Fi API. Pilot WISEdash Local Integration Expands the WISEdata Ed-Fi API infrastructure to feed data into WISEdash Local. In Progress

Year Year- -based based API Credentials & Ed-Fi URLs Annual Update Requirement: Each year, LEAs will need to update the URLs and API credentials for their EdTech products to align with the current school year. Verification with EdTech Providers: LEAs should consult with their EdTech providers to confirm the correct URLs and API credentials for the upcoming school year. Enhanced Security Practices: Regularly updating these credentials is a best practice for security, as it helps safeguard sensitive student data and ensures compliance with privacy regulations.
