Issue and Proposed Enhancement Issue: When running the Monthly Performance Measures Report, the only parameters are date and county. Proposed Enhancement Add a roadway filter to the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports as an optional parameter to the existing reports Default would be to include all roadways and run as it does now 3 SunGuide Software Users Group 9/26/19

Issue and Proposed Enhancement Issue: Device Changes are logged in the database but the user (or system) that made the change is not logged to the database. Issue and Proposed Enhancement Issue: When auto-merging, the software limits the phases to a maximum of 2 phases. When manually merging, there is no maximum number of phases and this can result in messages of 3 or 4 phases. Proposed Enhancement Change manually merged messages to follow a maximum of 2 phases, like auto-merge Should the max number of phases be configurable? 9 SunGuide Software Users Group 9/26/19

Issue and Proposed Enhancement Issue: When multiple organizations are running operations from a single installation (Chipley and Pensacola), there is a need to split reporting to isolate the individual centers. This is done by setting the Organization parameter of the event so it can filter in the reports, but this is a manual process and could be lead to errors. Proposed Enhancement Add an Organization field to the user, and default the event to the Organization assigned to user. Alternately, Organizations could be defined geographically and default to the Organization that the event s lat/lon corresponds to. 12 SunGuide Software Users Group 9/26/19
