HB 2395 Opioid Opioid Omnibus Omnibus Bill Bill Increases access to short-acting opioid antagonists, such as naloxone; Decriminalizes fentanyl test strips and other harm reduction supplies that reduce injuries, illnesses, and overdoses; Requires OHA to provide guidance on reporting and information-sharing of opioid overdose deaths.

  3. HB 2516 Allows small-scale producer to sell marijuana items directly to consumers. Cannabis Cannabis Bill Bill Permits delivery to hotel or inn. Allows wholesaler to sell or trade to retailer at trade shows.
